CCTV catches Harlow man dumping 8 tonnes of rubbish in Brentwood

Oh dear, our lovely Brentwood has been targeted by a fly-tipper! Shocking footage has emerged showing a man from Harlow dumping a massive eight tonnes of rubbish right here in our area. Let's hope our local authorities can catch him and ensure this doesn't happen again.
